STFD: a seated event series by Happy Mag

Challenged with creating engaging events while Sydney slowly eased their COVID-19 restrictions, Happy Mag created STFD.

STFD was a three-event series that took place between October and December 2020, as Sydney was once again warming up to live music following the state’s COVID-instituted regulations on hospitality venues.

Sydney’s Marlborough Hotel was the venue of choice, with Happy Mag given full control over the branding, booking, and marketing of three shows.

Over three months STFD booked six local bands, provided many of them their first paying gig since the COVID-19 pandemic began. Enjoy a few photos taken at the three STFD shows below.
